I've thought a lot about Christmas Trees this year. The first reason I guess is that they seem to be so central to the way people celebrate Christmas in their homes and out in the world as well. Christmas trees are as individualized as fingerprints. Each one different and unique to the people who decorate them. And some people decorate their entire house or have just one thing to be added to celebrate. Nine times out of ten that one thing will be their Christmas tree. There are elegant trees, simple trees, themed trees, country and shabby chic trees and even Charlie Brown trees. And lots of people have an eclectic tree that has ornaments from many years and season of their lives.
Have you ever thought about how your Christmas Tree is a reflection of you? Your decorating is something that comes from inside your artist self. Every tree is a work of art.
We got a new and improved tree this year. Christmas trees are notoriously hard to photograph. Here's my best shot.

Jim and Nellie has a neat tree, or I should say the LED lights are neat. The same lights can shine white or the same lights can have all the different colors!
